As the founder of Be Still, I believe this deeply:
Whether you call it a plan, a resolution, a vision board, or a goal-setting session — it’s really just the act of listening.
Listening to your inner thoughts.
Acknowledging what matters to you.
And then making a decision to take action.
And here’s the truth we don’t always say out loud:
Not taking action is also a decision.
I’ve been working on goals and vision boards since high school. Year after year, I’ve seen how powerful it is to pause, reflect, and decide where I want my energy to go. So what better time than now to work on your 2026 plan?
Ask yourself:
How do I want to feel this year?
What do I want to accomplish?
What will actually get me there?
There’s something almost magical (but very practical) about writing things down with specificity — numbers, dates, places, details. It sharpens your focus. It aligns your actions. It helps you say yes to what matters and no to what doesn’t.
This isn’t about “manifesting.”
It’s about intentionality.
It’s about sacrifice.
It’s about choosing, again and again, to show up for the life you say you want.
And you can do it.
I believe in you!
What’s one thing you’re intentionally choosing for 2026?
