Yoga & Sound Healing is such a magical event and I am so happy to co-lead it with my first ever healer, my mother.

Going strong for almost 4 years, this event is a synergistic blend of mind, body, soul, emphasis on connection. 🤝🔮🌸

Thank you for allowing us to hold this space. Thank you for allowing us to do this work that brings me so much joy.



Thank you to .community.center for being our sangha for the past 4 years. There is no better space for this event. The center is also truly magic, and a little bit haunted 🌝
