results for a multitude of problems without the use of drugs or surgery. It is designed to optimize the overall function of the body through proper spinal motion and proper spinal alignment. Our bodies are very sophisticated machines and have been designed in a very specific way. When that design is altered –– when we lose the normal spinal curve in the neck for instance, or when the hip and pelvis over-rotates –– the functionality of the body decreases. When functionality decreases it leads to pain and discomfort that can disrupt normal daily living activities (i.e., walking, sitting, sleeping, exercising) that cannot be solved with medications. Corrective based chiropractic care aims to rectify the root causes of these spinal problems, not merely the symptoms, an approach that allows patients to achieve real solutions that will help them for the rest of their lives.
