We are looking to hire an experienced medical assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
• Rooming patients and obtaining medical history
• Verifying and updating patient record in EMR
• Assisting physicians with patient exams and surgeries
• Injecting and preparing patients for exams and procedures
• Making surgical appointments and referrals
• Reviewing and responding to patient messages and triage
• Obtaining prior authorizations as required by insurance
• Keeping patient rooms stocked; cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms and other patient areas as required

1 year of Medical Assistant experience required

Dermatology experience preferred but not required.
