I received my certification to be a life coach from the American School of Life Coaching (www.ASPLC.org) under the auspices of Dr. Elliott Rosenbaum. I am honored to say that I collaborated with him in the development of a great program that not only teaches how to coach, but also the long lost art of communication. I have over seven years of experience in helping people to find their sense of style whether it be for a specific occasion, or for a more dramatic change. Feeling ones' best works from the inside out and yoga helps to strengthen the mind-body connection. I currently teach at fusionBodyStudio, 1512 King St., in Riverside. My schedule is:

9-10 am Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays - Power Yoga
7-8 pm Tuesdays - Mind/Body

I have always been fascinated with people and an intrigued observer of behavior. Ever curious about what makes us do the thins we do, I am working towards a psychology degree to become a therapist. I am a happily married mother to 2 cats. I like reading, learning, hiking and talking to my friends and baby sister. I love yoga and practice as much as I can.
