🍗 Healthy Barbecue Chicken Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 4)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if preferred)

1 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp sea salt (optional, adjust to taste)

½ cup low-sugar BBQ sauce (look for one with

Ingredients:4 oz. Plain, Fat Free Greek Yogurt1 cup seedless Watermelon, cubed  1 TBPS Lime Juice1 tsp. Lime Zest1 tsp. ...

Ingredients:
4 oz. Plain, Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 cup seedless Watermelon, cubed
1 TBPS Lime Juice
1 tsp. Lime Zest
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract (optional)
1 packet Zero Calorie Sweetener (optional)
Directions:
Place all watermelon, yogurt, lime juice, and zest into a food processor or blender.
Blend for 10-15 seconds or until smooth.
Add Vanilla Extract or Zero Calorie Sweetener to taste.
Enjoy!
Servings: 1 | Replaces: 1 serving protein, 1 serving carbohydrate

8 oz radishes, thinly sliced
1 TBSP coconut oil
¼ - ½ tsp each: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
To taste: sea salt and black pepper
Directions:

Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F. Weigh out 8 oz. of thinly sliced radishes, and put into a medium bowl. Note: a mandolin or food processor will give you the thinnest, most even slices, but a regular knife or slicer side of a grater can work just as well here, too! Add coconut oil and toss.
Add to the preheated air fryer and cook for 8 minutes, tossing once halfway through. Remove from the air fryer, and toss with the seasonings in the same bowl.
Return everything to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes at 400 degrees F. Let cool for a minute or two (just until they are cool enough to handle) and enjoy warm!

16 oz. asparagus, ends trimmed
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP olive oil
To taste: sea salt, cracked black pepper, and dried rosemary
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. If you don’t have parchment paper, you can simply spray lightly with cooking spray over a non-stick baking sheet.
Wash asparagus and pat dry with a paper towel. Lay flat across the baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, lemon zest, and garlic over asparagus. Toss to coat.
Bake in a preheated oven until spears are cooked through and crispy.
For skinnier spears, cooking times could be as little as 9-12 minutes.
Thicker spears could take as long as 15-18 minutes to cook through.
Squeeze lemon juice overtop just before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
