STORE CLOSING ANNOUCEMENT

Everything in life has a cycle and after 20 years of proudly serving Jacksonville’s compounding needs, WELLHealth Rx life is coming to an end. It has been one of the greatest achievements of my life to open a small business, create jobs and pay taxes to support our local economy all the while working next to my best friend, wife and fellow pharmacist Hemali Patel. Every day we have strived to place your needs first and did not follow the rules of large pharmacy corporations or insurance companies dictating how to practice the profession we love.

The last day we will be open to pick up prescriptions is Wednesday, April 30th, 2025. At closing on April 30th current prescription files will be transferred to the following pharmacies:
We have chosen to have the following pharmacies take care of your compounding needs. Both Pharmacies are PCAB Accredited which is a distinction that less than 1% of all compounding pharmacies achieve.

Female & Male Hormone, Dental, Dermatology, Low Dose Naltrexone, Thyroid and Vet Prescriptions will be sent to:

The Art of Medicine (a PCAB accredited/ Florida Licensed Pharmacy)

Serum Autologous Eye Drops Prescriptions will be sent to:
Coastal Compounding Pharmacy (a PCAB accredited/ Florida Licensed Pharmacy)

For refills call: 561-683-1095

Any other prescription not listed here such as GI, ENT, Eye Drops, Urology, Pain and Peds will need to be transferred out to a pharmacy of your choice before April 30, 2025. After that date, please contact your prescriber to send your prescription to another PCAB accredited pharmacy of your choice.

Hemali will continue to provide consultative services for functional medicine and hormone health at Radiance Holistic Health. To avoid any interruption in your supplement regimen, please visit www.radianceholistichealth.com to create your Fullscript account there. WELLHealth Rx patients are also welcome to create a Fullscript account for supplement orders.
