We offer Baptiste Power Yoga Classes for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will feel right at home at our studios. Our teachers are dedicated to see each student grow and to facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish. In addition to providing classes seven days a week, we offer several Transformational Programs such as the 21 Day Cleanse, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, Life Transformation Program-a 200 hr. RYT Teacher Training Program. In between our classes and workshops, you can expect a total transformation in your body, your way of thinking, and the way your approach life! We offer kids yoga workshops as well as specialty classes like prenatal yoga & Restorative Yoga. Our community is vibrant and the only missing peace is you! Whatever it is you seek to gain from yoga, you will find it at Hot Spot Power Yoga. Hot Spot Power Yoga was founded by Jon and Leah Hansen in the beautiful San Marco area in June of 2011. Leah had been a dedicated and passionate Baptiste Power Yoga practitioner since 2005. When the couple met in 2008 in Corporate America Jon immediately saw this passion in Leah. He encouraged her to open a studio and when she asked him if he wanted to do it with her, a studio was born! Jon and Leah quickly got certified and began working towards opening a studio. The San Marco studio doors opened June 10, 2011. The Harbour Village studio opened June, 10 2014 and then moved to Neptune Beach in 2022. Jon, Leah and the entire Hot Spot Team have been dedicated to bringing Baptiste Power Yoga to the San Marco, Neptune Beach, and surrounding areas ever since. Each instructor and Hot Spot is passionate and dedicated to offering a challenging and compassionate class where you will build strength, gain flexibility, quiet your busy mind, and nourish your soul.

We are delighted to announce updates to our 2026 schedule. Preston will assume leadership of the Thursday 6:00 a.m. class commencing this week, whereas Marcy will take charge of Monday's 5:45 p.m. session. We are adding a new breathwork class at a new time, 7:30 a.m., with Kyle and our existing 7:15 p.m. breathwork class will transition to a rotating roster featuring Level 2 breathwork graduates. We invite you to discover new classes and familiarize yourself with our instructors.

Our 14th annual Holiday Party was everything yesterday! This year we switched it up with a festive brunch, and it was absolutely perfect. We ate, we laughed, we shared, and our hearts are so full. 💛
