On Memorial Day, we remember that peace is far more than the mere absence of war, but the presence of heart transformed.

On this day, we honor all who came before us, whose sacrifice opens the way for us to learn the way of the heart. As A Course in Miracles teaches, ‘REST IN PRACE’ is not only for those who have laid down their bodies, but for all of us who are willing to lay down fear and choose love instead. It a prayer and call for the living: to let the quiet strength of love guide our thoughts, our words, and our world.

Happy Friday!
Simple easy to make snacks and treats!

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
2. Stir and combine thoroughly until the mixture becomes evenly mixed and slightly sticky. If the mixture is too dry, add a small splash of plant milk or a little more "wet ingredients." If it’s too wet, add a few more "dry ingredients."
3. Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
