Tension at the knee - Quads feeling a bit stiff? πŸ€”

Occasionally, many of us may experience a bit of knee pain and muscle stiffness in the legs. In best cases, it may not be an injury that's the factor.

However, at times, it could be due to things we do, or don't do on a daily basis. The factors below can contribute to knee pain, leg discomfort, and the list goes on.

-Sitting for long periods
-The lack of stretching
-Over Usage or Under usage
-Muscle Weakness
-The list goes on

Nonetheless, taking the time out to be proactive and implement a bit of self care can make a big difference. Make some time to improve Mobility, increase flexibility, influence performance, and just feel better!!

-Weight Shifting
-Performance of other muscles, i.e glutes and hamstrings
-Our stride when walking
-The list can go on

Nonetheless, the same way if can affect the above, tension and muscle stiffness can be caused by those very same things listed above, especially when neglected, or overworked.
