❤️ The month of February has been full of love here at Starling San Jose!

For our special Antique Roadshow, we invited everyone to bring in their wedding photos. The room was filled with beautiful vintage gowns, classic tuxedos, timeless hairstyles, and so many radiant smiles from years past.

Residents had a blast trying to guess who was who in each photo. Everyone studied the details and made their best guesses! Then, one by one, the mystery resident revealed themselves and shared their love stories. Each story was a beautiful reminder that love only grows stronger with time.

With live music in the air, guests dancing, and beads adding that festive Mardi Gras flair, the energy was unforgettable. 🎷✨

Chef Drew and his talented team brought the flavors of the South to life with an incredible spread featuring cajun eggs, savory jambalaya, crispy fried okra, warm cornbread, fluffy pancakes and sausage, and of course sweet, powdered-sugar beignets.

We celebrated with beautiful live music, a special visit from Cupid, and the sweetest Valentine’s Day bags from the amazing students of Loretto Elementary School National Junior Honor Society.

Our hearts were so full when we received a surprise visit from students from The Bolles School and Duval County Charter, who delivered the most thoughtful handmade Valentine’s cards. Your kindness truly made our day extra special!

A huge thank you to Chef Drew and his incredible team for preparing an amazing Valentine’s dinner that made the evening unforgettable.
