This Veterans Day, November 11 at 11:00 AM, Doc Tony’s Chiropractic Clinics will proudly be participating in the Jacksonville Veterans Day Parade to show our support for the men and women who have served our country.

We invite everyone to come out and celebrate our local heroes and join us in honoring their service and sacrifice.

💙 Our offices will remain open during regular business hours, so patients are still welcome for their scheduled visits.

Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant (Northside Office)

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday — 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Location: Doc Tony’s Chiropractic Clinics — Northside

About the role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, people-friendly Chiropractic Assistant to support front-desk and clinical admin duties at our Northside clinic.

Key responsibilities
• Greet patients; manage check-in/out and phone lines
• Verify insurance and assist with patient records
• Schedule/confirm appointments and coordinate Uber transportation when needed
• Prepare charts and maintain accurate files (HIPAA compliant)
• Assist back office with vitals (BP/height/weight) and treatment flow documentation
• Handle medical records requests and basic billing follow-ups
• Keep reception and therapy areas organized and patient-ready

What you’ll need
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical office experience preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft/Google tools and fast-paced multitasking
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Reliability and punctuality are a must
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
