A Matter of Balance is the program for you! MOB is designed to manage falls and increase activity, emphasizing practical strategies like:
β€’ Viewing falls as controllable
β€’ Setting goals for increasing activity
β€’ Making changes to reduce fall risks at home
β€’ Exercising to increase strength and balance

Who should attend?
β€’ Anyone concerned about falls
β€’ Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength
β€’ Anyone who has fallen in the past
β€’ Anyone who has restricted activities because of falling

Dates: July 16th – August 8th, 2025
