Apex's Counseling & Holistic Wellness Center Focused on balancing the mind, body and spirit through holistic wellness services to include mental into the counseling environment & process.

Apex Therapeutic Services, PLLC operates Apex’s Mental Health Counseling & Wellness Center, located in Jacksonville, NC. The Counseling & Wellness Center hosts and “houses” Apex’s mental health counseling practice as well as several other complimentary, holistic services and providers. Apex routinely incorporates pet therapy, plant therapy, music therapy, aromatherapy, music therapy, art therapy, etc. Apex’s psychologist, (who specializes in PTSD/TRAUMA/TBI), offers equine (horse) assisted therapy when possible and appropriate. The Center’s Massage Therapists offer various types of massages to include: Swedish relaxation & therapeutic massages, etc. to reduce stress and stress related pains & tension. “Size Healthy’s" founder, Nataisha Ramirez, holds a Master’s in Human Services Counseling and is a certified personal trainer & nutrition specialist. She offers motivational counseling, group and individual fitness classes/training, “boot camps” and nutrition services onsite at the Center. Services will be expanded and introduced at our free monthly workshops, open to the public and posted on our page. All services can be accessed independently; they can also often be incorporated into your mental health treatment plan and covered under your insurance, at no cost to you. The Wellness Center is committed to addressing the needs of the MIND, BODY & SPIRIT in pursuit of overall balance, happiness & health!

The answer is almost always “both”.

The human ego always has a tendency to want to be “correct” or know the definitive answer to things. This leads to black and white thinking, polarization, arguments and the perpetual swinging of the pendulum back and forth over time.

You don’t need to:

1) Get into your feminine as a girl to attract a man (as is the trend now). It’s okay to want a balanced man energetically
2) Call yourself a bad person or an angel. If you use these absolute terms, you’re just either hurt or naive. The balance is key.
3) You’re not mentally ill and broken. You have misunderstood spiritual gifts AND some mental challenges that can make certain areas of life hard (an opportunity for others to support and be of service!)
4) it’s not science or spirituality, it’s both.
5) You’re both being and doing, yin and yang. Integrate both 💪💫
