It has come to our attention that “feet in straps” has been getting a little… too comfortable around here.

Effective immediately, “feet in straps” exercises are prohibited.

No more long, luxurious leg circles.
No more pretending you’re in a spa instead of working.
No more “just one more stretch” requests.

From now on: abs on, straps off, and back to reality 😌

(Just kidding… we’ll allow it, but only if you promise to stabilize your pelvis😏) happy April fools!!! Xx
