Today I’m celebrating 33 years smoke-free! 🎉✨

Back in 1991, I was a 60-a-day smoker who never imagined quitting – until my husband Ron’s heart attack changed everything ❤️‍🩹

Thanks to laser therapy, I quit smoking and turned that experience into a life’s mission ✨

Now, 33 years later, Ron is doing well, I’m still smoke-free, and I’m so lucky to be doing a job I love – helping others quit too!

Here’s to health, second chances, and this amazing journey!
