Have you seen our September schedule for Indigo Arts & Wellness yet? 👀

So excited about these workshops! The first three are designed for you to participate, using whatever materials you have at home (though we will be sending a recommended supply list as well!)
Each month, we’ll have one art kit workshop, which will be delivered to your door. In September, we’ll be doing lighted moon painting, exploring the powerful symbolism of the moon. 🌙

Reminder that we offer three membership tiers to Indigo Arts & designed to help you meet your creativity goals. See our earlier post, or check out of website, to learn about the three tiers (Seed, Root, and Bloom) and learn how t register!

Hope to see you there. 🎨

MEET RILEY! Riley is Indigo’s most recent hire and our resident expert in all things movement. Riley is a registered dance movement therapist and a registered mental health counseling intern.
Riley’s therapeutic approach integrates the body and mind, using techniques such as somatic awareness, breathwork, mindfulness, and authentic movement.
Riley is currently accepting new clients, and will be the first to tell you that you DO NOT need any dance background to benefit from dance movement therapy! It’s a powerful way to connect with the physical body as it relates to emotions, experiences, and thoughts.

We’re still thinking about our art workshop this past weekend with the Healing Hearts Project. 🥰 Saturday’s art group served heart heroes (teens with congenital heart defects) and their siblings and caregivers.
Participants personalized moon lamps with designs, words and symbols that represented their inner light and resilience. Once completed, the illuminate moon serves as a glowing reminder of their ability to shine. 🌙
