I am a 47 year old stay at home mom and wife. I have been married to my adoring husband for 20 yrs. and have a beautiful som who is 15 yrs. I created this mental health page to provide information to others and to create a journal of sorts for myself. I have reached a better more calm place in my life and want to really take sometime out of my day to find as many useful/insightful articles to post here to really help others. This page is dedicated to providing information about all kinds of mental health issues that plague are society, psychiatric medications, addiction issues and coping skills plus ending stigma associated with mental health issues. There are many articles that I continue to post often to keep all up to date with the latest information on mental health issues. Comments on any of my posts are more than welcome. "Let go of the things that can no longer be fixed. If you force to try to put them back, things will only get worse. Holding on is being brave, but sometimes moving on makes you even tougher!" ---Unknown quotes

💗🌍 Happy World Kindness Day 🌍💗
Today is the perfect reminder that the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference. A smile…a kind word…a moment of patience…these are gifts every one of us can afford to give.

In a world that feels heavy at times, let’s be the reason someone feels seen, valued, and loved today.
Keep spreading kindness — it’s contagious. 💕

It's easier for other people to see it. I was blind to it, till my husband said it wasn't healthy. I'm lucky he said something.
