Ushering into March 2025, Holistic Hands LLC will continue providing quality health and social services in the comfort of your homes , playing a vital role prioritizing health equity , chronic disease prevention and management ; and improving health outcomes throughout this community.

Exciting News for Northeast Florida :

CIL Jacksonville will provide free wheelchair and equipment repairs for residence with disabilities who live in Northeast Florida. This clinic is possible thanks to the generous support of the Florida Alliance for Assistive Services and Technology (FAAST) program.

The wheelchair repair clinic offers people with mobility limitations support. The clinic is designed as a community service to provide expert evaluation by a therapist, who is an Assistive Technology Professional and Certified Seating & Mobility Specialist, to assess wheelchair repairs , also equipment, mobility, seating, posture and positioning repairs .

We are grateful and truly appreciate the continued community service support for patients with disabilities!

Dr McIntosh is a pioneer in sickle cell research, starting his groundbreaking work OutEast when he opened his practice as the first Black pediatrician in Jacksonsville. 12 hour shifts not offering you the work- life balance you desire? Do you have a love for children? Do you desire to be on your children’s school schedule as a nurse ?

Duval County Public Schools, School Health Services is looking for Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing services to students with medically complex health needs . Duties include to perform routine non-invasive and invasive procedures established by physician orders. Providing basic first aid and attending to student health needs as indicated in the School Health Services Manual.

A LPN or RN license is required by the Florida State Board of Nursing .

Must have type I diabetes experience or willingness to be trained , and CPR prior to appointment and maintained during employment in this position.

Interviews are in process for those who qualify.

These positions cover the Duval County district , Jacksonville , Florida.

Attended Open House/orientations, IEP/504 meetings , teacher conferences, etc.

If you have a student enrolled in Duval County Schools sign this up for Hazel Health telehealth services for free, ask your school health aides/nurses how.
