Eating Disorders Awareness Week is a time to replace stigma with support and compassion💙 If you or someone you love is struggling, know that help is available, and recovery is possible. Organizations like the National Eating Disorders Association and The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness offer trusted resources, screening tools, and pathways to care.

Let’s continue to listen without judgment, speak with kindness, and remind those who are hurting that they are not alone.
