New Crucial Care Plans Available
Crucial Care clinics are free-standing outpatient facilities, providing easy access unscheduled care. We have more capabilities than an urgent care center: Board Certified Emergency Providers, CT Scan, X-Rays, and a Hospital Level Laboratory. Like an ER, we can evaluate your symptoms, obtain lab results, and do a CT Scan while you are still present in the facility.
To further its ability to improve patient outcomes, Crucial Care now has a membership program. The new Crucial Care Plan allows patients access to most care services including clinical and laboratory services for a low, monthly membership fee and copay. Almost all services provided are included in the monthly membership, with no limitations for pre-existing conditions or patient eligibility.
