As your body loses weight, your metabolism adjusts to your new size. This can temporarily slow progress on the scale. A plateau lasting a few weeks doesn’t necessarily mean you need to eat less—it may simply be your body recalibrating.

If weight hasn’t changed for 4–6 weeks, small adjustments to protein intake, activity, or medication dosing may help. Sustainable weight loss happens in phases, not a straight line. You got this!!
