Most things in life can appear so daunting causing us to instantly become overwhelmed then self-defeated. One step at a time...bit by bit...bite by bite.

This Sundee morning, I challenge you to think about that one goal you've been putting off. Take one tiny step towards that goal tuhday! The reward in the end is so sweet. Be steadfast. Be CONSISTENT.

Learn about the things you really need to be concerned about: Typical teen behaviors vs. those that are problematic. Learn a technique or two on how to address them.

1) Intake Assessments for admission into group sessions (by appointment only)
