Your brain doesn’t wait for reality to feel fear. The amygdala activates when you imagine worst-case scenarios:
“If I start tracking, I’ll get overwhelmed.”
“If I go to the gym, I’ll be judged.”
“If I try and fail again, I’ll feel even worse.”
Imagination makes the fear feel real, so you avoid action.
But avoiding action guarantees the very outcome you’re afraid of.

Ladies, I say this with love: throw the pink dumbbells away. If your purse weighs more than the weights you are lifting, they are too light. You want a toned body? You have to challenge your body. If you cannot do 10 push ups, you are not challenging yourself enough. Start by tossing those colorful dumbbells. They are just marketing.

Shower = 15 minutes
Picking outfit = 10 minutes
Make-up = 15 minutes
Hair = 15 minutes
Total: 55 minutes
Extra time spent picking clothes to look good in: 45–60 minutes
Time spent working out to look good out of clothes: 0 minutes
You don’t struggle to lose weight because of a lack of time.

Group fitness classes disguised as weight loss programs are where millions of people get taught terrible form, poor tempo, limited range of motion, and sloppy exercise mechanics.
You don’t need to burn more calories, you need to learn how to train properly. If you can’t do 10 push-ups after 3 months of group fitness, you’re not working on the right things.

The result is a balanced body that is more prepared to withstand the stresses of daily life that are the root of most aches and pains of sitting at a computer, doing various tasks around the house and/or office, poor body mechanics, and inactivity. Results of this holistic focus will be an individual who looks great, feels great, and moves great!
The TrueFitPhysiques Training team consists of decreed and certified male and female personal trainers. Based on your specific goals and the results of your initial assessment, we will design a program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, including personal training, nutrition coaching and rehabilitation, if needed.
