Here are the 3 things you need to create lasting results:
1. Adaptability Ok, you may have a concrete plan of action, but is that plan able to withstand the unpredictable changes that will come to it? Improvise, adapt, overcome.
2. Durability Do failures and bad vibes tend to bring you and your motivation down? If the answer is yes, you are doomed. Become durable and go through hardship with ease!
3. Accountability You may be taking the steps towards your success but are you really monitoring and adjusting everything as needed? Get an accountability buddy!

Move Daily & Consistently
Schedule your workouts
Think of your workouts as important meetings you’ve scheduled with yourself. Just like you schedule your work and appointments. Really schedule them. Get your daytimer out - or pop open your calendar app on your phone. And schedule them.
Choose what days you’re working out this week - and when you’ll take your rest days. Decide what times work best for you to get your workouts in. And literally schedule them. Make them real. Commit to yourself to do them.
Do this each week - or each month. However you find it best to create your schedule. But be sure to have those ‘meetings’ with yourself programmed in.
Schedule and treat your workouts like meetings with your boss. You wouldn’t miss or quit on your boss, right? Don’t do it to yourself either. You’re better than that.

At TrueFitPhysiques Training, we focus on movement, instead of individual muscles. The result is a balanced body that is more prepared to withstand the stresses of daily life that are the root of most aches and pains of sitting at a computer, doing various tasks around the house and/or office, poor body mechanics, and inactivity. Results of this holistic focus will be an individual who looks great, feels great, and moves great!
The TrueFitPhysiques Training team consists of decreed and certified male and female personal trainers. Based on your specific goals and the results of your initial assessment, we will design a program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, including personal training, nutrition coaching and rehabilitation, if needed.
