Binh offers expert, evidence-based care to help teens and adults heal and grow through life’s challenges. She supports clients navigating trauma, identity, and relationship transitions using CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and IFS. With 3+ years of experience and a psychology background from USF, Binh provides compassionate guidance to foster resilience, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
