Congratulations to the latest group of managers who completed the Alivia Care Manager Orientation Session, including leaders from Community Hospice & Palliative Care.

Led by our Human Resources team, this session equips managers across the organization with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to excel in their roles and strengthen our mission of compassionate, high-quality care.

We’re proud of our CHPC managers and grateful for their commitment to leading with purpose!

The event was wonderfully organized and well attended, thank you to Moultrie Oaks for inviting us and for hosting such an impactful health fair for the community!

High Five to Amelia Isom for demonstrating Respect and Value for the Individual!

Amelia went above and beyond to make sure a patient received the comfort and attention she deserved. When the patient needed anything, Amelia stepped in, identified what was needed, and worked closely with facility staff to ensure proper support and relief were provided.

Her persistence, compassion, and dedication brought the patient peaceful moments during a very difficult time, something her family will always remember.

Thank you, Amelia, for standing up for those who rely on us and for embodying the heart of our mission.

It was a meaningful time of connection, learning, and appreciation for the clinicians who provide comfort, guidance, and clinical excellence across every setting we serve.

We are grateful for our APRNs and the dedication they bring to our mission each day!
