CROSSFIT OPEN PREP WORKSHOP: HOW TO NOT ONLY SURVIVE, BUT THRIVE IN THE CROSSFIT OPEN

Feeling nervous about performing your best during the CrossFit Open? Wish you had a plan to crush it and feel good while doing it? Join Rehab Reps Physical Therapy for a CrossFit Open prep workshop!

What: This CrossFit Open prep workshop is designed for athletes who want expert guidance on how to dial in their habits to perform at their peak during the Open. Athletes will discuss nutrition, sleep, programming, recovery, and other strategies to set themselves up for success. Attendees will leave with a survival guide handout to keep as a valuable resource. Attendees will also get a FIRST LOOK at Rehab Reps’ CrossFit Open Prep Package, which includes one-on-one services to level up your Open experience. Spots for the package are limited, and workshop attendees get the FIRST opportunity to sign up!
