ElevateHer is a 3-day camp just for girls! This camp will focus on improving explosiveness, speed, and vertical jump.

📅 Dates: December 19th-21st

⏰ Time Slots:
- Group 1 (Ages 10-14): 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
- Group 2 (Ages 15-18): 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

This holiday season, let’s come together to spread some love and support our community! From now until November 22, we’re collecting canned goods to help those in need.

🤝 How to Help:
1. Place your canned goods in a bag with your name on it.
2. If you're participating in the Fall Challenge, you’ll receive 5 SLIPS for donating!
