If yoga ever felt confusing, overwhelming, or like it was made for someone who shops exclusively at …
you’re not imagining it.
Traditional yoga was built around bodies and brains that don’t represent most pregnant or postpartum women.
Definitely not the ones juggling sensory overload, hormonal chaos, and a mind that fires in 17 directions before breakfast.
And here’s the plot twist nobody tells you:
you didn’t fall behind.
Yoga just wasn’t designed with you in mind.
Your nervous system needed grounding, not pressure.
Your brain needed softer cues, not perfectionism.
Your body needed stability, not deeper stretches.
Your life needed a practice that bends with your season instead of demanding a version of you that doesn’t exist right now.
This is where my work lives — in the in-between, the nonlinear, the “I showed up in mismatched pajamas but I’m here” kind of yoga.
The kind that supports your system instead of overwhelming it.
The kind that meets you exactly where you’re at, today’s capacity included.
If you’re craving yoga that feels safe, doable, and actually aligned with your nervous system:
drop SUPPORT and I’ll send you the prenatal/postnatal nervous system guide options.
They’re affordable, accessible, and intentionally designed for real life.
✨ No matching sets.
✨ No silent perfection.
✨ Just grounded practices for real women with real nervous systems and real seasons.

If yoga has ever left you feeling behind, broken, or like you must be doing it “wrong,” here’s the truth nobody said out loud:
You weren’t failing yoga.
Yoga wasn’t honoring your nervous system.
Pregnancy, postpartum, ADHD, sensory overload, stress… your body and brain don’t move through the world the way the fitness industry assumes you do.
You don’t need rigid sequences, matching sets, or a mind that stays perfectly still.
You need practices that meet your capacity.
Stabilizing over stretching.
Grounding over performing.
Regulation over perfection.
This is what nervous-system-informed yoga actually does:
it adapts to you, your wiring, your season, and your emotional bandwidth.
So if your brain is loud, your body is tired, or your system is buzzing… save this.
Use it on the days when everything feels like too much and you need a practice that won’t ask for more than you can give.
Your yoga still counts.
Your way still works.

You don’t rise into your next era by accident.

You rise because you build habits that match the woman you’re growing into.
Not the one who’s overwhelmed.
Not the one who’s waiting for the perfect moment.

Discipline isn’t rigid.
It’s self-respect.
It’s deciding your energy matters enough to prioritize.

A habit only sticks when it’s simple, steady, and aligned with your actual life.

Consistency is a flex.
Small rituals create big identity shifts.

You choose who you become one micro-moment at a time.
Ready to build habits your future self will thank you for?
My 21-Day Habit Starter Guide shows you how to lead yourself with clarity, not chaos.

Most people think they need a huge life overhaul to feel better.
But change almost never happens in grand gestures.
It happens in the quiet moments you repeat without fanfare.
The breath you return to.
The stretch you do for 3 minutes.
The tiny reset that reminds your body it’s safe.
Twenty-one days of small shifts can reshape your entire rhythm.
If you’re craving calm you can actually stick to…
Comment “HABIT” and I’ll send you the guide.

Your days are full. Your brain is juggling twelve tabs.
You don’t need another routine that expects perfection.
You need a rhythm that understands real life.
Tiny practices.
Gentle repetition.
Daily moments you can return to even on the messy days.
That’s where real change begins.
If you’re craving a habit that feels supportive instead of stressful…

The little details shape the whole experience.
Every mat, bolster, block, and moment of calm has intention behind it.

In the last video you saw me:
😆 making faces
🗣️ talking about a squirrel you never saw
🧠 getting distracted every 12 seconds

So here’s the behind-the-scenes:
🐿️ The imaginary (but emotionally real) squirrel
🧱 My very professional yoga-block tripod setup
👟 The shoes-that-shouldn’t-be-on-the-mat situation

Just me, my ADHD, and my highly advanced film crew (two yoga blocks and a dream).

Proof that chaos + creativity can coexist ✨

Me: “We’re doing a calm, focused pelvic floor flow today.”
My brain: SQUIRREL. Cute kid. Why are my socks weird. Did I do the left side? Wait. Go back. What was I saying?

If you’ve ever:
✔️ Gotten distracted mid-stretch
✔️ Forgotten a whole side of your body
✔️ Stared into the void during a “mindful” moment
✔️ Or turned yoga into a chaotic-but-wholesome experience

…welcome. You are my people.

And honestly? You don’t have to be perfectly focused for yoga to “work.” Showing up with your beautifully chaotic nervous system still counts.

Save this for the days your brain has 47 tabs open 🫠
And if you want gentle, realistic flows made for real-life moms with real-life brains, my guides are waiting in my bio 💛

Me: You do not need another yoga prop.
Also me: But this one is purple and makes angel noises.

So anyway… I bought a crystal sound bowl. 💁‍♀️✨

And now your savasana is about to feel like a soft reset for your nervous system and your soul. You’re welcome.

This is what happens when a tired mom yoga teacher walks into a sound healing shop.

Consider this your sign to romanticize your rest a little more

This caramel cold brew came together between
“Mom watch this,”
“Mom where’s my shoe,”
and answering approximately 101 toddler questions.
Not every moment is quiet.
Not every ritual is peaceful.
And it still counts.
This is what real-life calm looks like.
👉 Follow for grounding in the middle of it all.
