Not because you’re weaker — because your nervous system has been running on empty since baby #1.

Every pregnancy. Every birth. Every postpartum. It stacks.

There’s a name for this: cumulative load.

Your tank was already low before this baby arrived.
So when this one feels harder? It’s not in your head. It’s maths.

You don’t need to push through. You need a reset. A gentle, gradual, meet-you-where-you-are reset.

That’s exactly what I built the Soft Reset for. Six weeks of postnatal yoga designed for the mama who has already been through it — and needs support that actually understands that.

Seven years ago I got my yoga certification. I had no idea it would turn into this.
A business. A community. A completely different way of living in my own body.
I came for the flexibility. I stayed for the mamas who needed someone to say you’re doing better than you think.
Grateful for every single one of you. 🙏✨

Just…
sitting down for the first time all day
breathing without someone touching you
and remembering you have a body too

Some of you don’t need a harder workout
you need a nervous system that feels safe again

And if you’ve been stuck in survival mode?
running on snacks, caffeine, and overstimulation?

✨ If you forgot how to slow down… I made something for you (link in bio)

My Soft Reset Guide is for the moms who don’t have time, energy, or capacity for complicated healing… but still want to feel like themselves again 🤍

Let me pull up your bio details on Soft Reset first.

Nothing useful came back — but I’ve got everything I need from memory. Here we go:

I know that silence.
After my third baby, I’d sit in the dark during night feeds and genuinely not recognise myself. Not in a dramatic way. Just in a quiet, hollow, where did I go kind of way.
Nobody was asking. Everyone was fine. The baby was healthy, the house was functioning, I was ticking the boxes.
And I was completely lost.
The mat was the only place I remembered I was a person. Not a mum. Not a body that needed to bounce back. Just… me. Breathing. Existing.
That’s why I built Soft Reset.
It’s a 6-week self-guided postnatal yoga guide made for the woman in that silence. The one who’s holding everything together on the outside and quietly coming apart on the inside.
It’s not about getting your body back.
It’s about finding yourself in it again.

There’s a particular kind of humbling that comes with being the expert who suddenly can’t expert anymore.
I’ve spent years teaching moms how to move their bodies. Postpartum movement is literally what I do. And there I was — third baby, third C-section, baby in the NICU, a week of bad hospital sleep already behind me — completely blanking on what I was supposed to do with my own body.
Not because I didn’t know the information somewhere in my brain. But because my brain had left the building. Baby first, everything else last, without a single conscious thought. That’s just what happens when you’re a mom. The autopilot kicks in and you disappear to the bottom of your own list.
Nobody hands you a gentle starting point. Nobody says here’s what’s safe, here’s what will actually help, here’s how to begin. You get cleared for discharge and that’s about it.
So I made Soft Reset for the version of me that was lying in that hospital bed guessing. For every mama who’s been sent home with a baby and zero roadmap for her own body. For the days when your brain isn’t braining and you just need someone to show you where to start.
You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone.

Six weeks is a long time to be left completely alone in a body you don’t recognise.
And yet that’s exactly what happens to most moms after birth. You’re handed a baby, sent home, and told to come back in six weeks. No guidance on what your body can handle. No “here’s what’s safe and what’s not.” No acknowledgment that the weeks between birth and that appointment even exist.
Just silence. And a body that’s asking you questions nobody prepared you to answer.
I’ve been that mom. Three times. And the third time — lying in a hospital bed after a C-section, baby in the NICU, hips wrecked from a week of waiting — I was still sitting there thinking what am I actually allowed to do right now?
Me. A yoga teacher.
That gap is real. It’s not your fault you don’t know how to fill it. Nobody told you. Your doctor didn’t tell you. The internet will either scare you into doing nothing or pressure you into doing too much, and neither of those is actually helpful.
Soft Reset is the thing I built to live in that gap.
Gentle movement for the days, weeks, and messy in-between moments that your doctor skipped right over. For C-section and vaginal birth mamas. For the version of you that just needs someone to say here’s where to start.
You didn’t get a roadmap at discharge.
Here’s one now.
It’s waiting for you when you’re ready. 🔗🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻.

I’ve had three babies. Three C-sections. And every single time, the hardest part wasn’t the recovery itself — it was the fact that nobody handed me a roadmap. Not as a first-time mom. Not as a second-time mom. And not even as a yoga teacher lying in a hospital bed trying to remember what she was supposed to do with her own body while her baby was in the NICU.
The “see you in 6 weeks” dismissal is one of the biggest gaps in postpartum care. It leaves moms in a vacuum where they either do nothing and feel like they’re falling apart, or they do too much and set themselves back. Nobody talks about the gentle middle ground. Nobody says here’s what your body can actually handle right now, here’s what will help, here’s where to start.
That middle ground is exactly what I built Soft Reset to be.
It’s not about bouncing back. It’s not about getting your body back. It’s about coming back to your body — slowly, gently, on your own timeline — with someone in your corner who’s been in that exact hospital bed and knows what it actually feels like.
You don’t have to wait for the 6-week clearance to start feeling like yourself again.
You just need somewhere to start.
It’s waiting for you when you’re ready.

if you’ve been feeling a little disconnected, a little achy, a little like who even is this body right now — that’s not weakness. that’s just pregnancy doing what pregnancy does.
you deserve movement that actually meets you where you are.
my Prenatal Yoga Guide is gentle, intentional, and made specifically for a body that’s doing the most important thing it’s ever done.
it’s waiting for you in my bio 🔗

You’re not supposed to feel like this. Just so you know.
