One important thing I do to take people’s minds off the challenging routines I deliver is sharing the fun things my family and I do. Training is far more than than being able to play as long as possible, but keeping your mind strong and resisting temptation. One of my guys recently said it’s educational and motivating listening to “the Fonder Fitness podcast” while he’s struggling during our workouts. And as a plus, I get to learn from you all how to constantly improve. Don’t forget to train for your brain!
