Sara is an AANP Board Certified Nurse Practitioner from Surf City, NC. She received her Masters degree from Texas Women University in 2024 and her undergraduate Nursing degree from Stevenson University. Her background is in Pain Management, Dermatology, and Fertility. In her free time, she enjoys the beach and pool with her two young daughters and a round of golf on a sunny day. Sara is excited to bring evidence- based, exceptional care to the community

Rylie Mullin is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Maine's finest export. Rylie snagged her Bachelor of Health Science from Husson University, also known as central Maine's best-kept secret. She later picked up her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University, because who wouldn't want to live near Charlotte, NC? When not saving lives, she enjoys quality time with her significant other, their new furry friend Frankie, and trying out the latest North Carolina adventures. Rylie is stoked to join Star Medical and bring her A-game to the Jacksonville community.
