Please help me welcome onboard to our provider staff Mrs. McKenzie Jefferson FNP-C

Mrs. McKenzie Jefferson is an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Georgia. She received her BSN from the University of North Georgia and her MSN from Regis College in Massachusetts. She has been in the medical field for 14 years. Her nursing background is primarily in emergency medicine with additional experience in vitamin IV therapy and walk-in clinics. McKenzie and her husband recently welcomed their first son, and they are loving being new parents! They enjoy hiking with their dog, being outside, and exploring new places. She is excited to join the team at Star Medical to provide care to the Jacksonville community!

Please help me welcome on board our provider staff Addisen Higgins PA-C

Addisen Higgins, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. she was born and raised in a small town north of Charlotte, NC. She earned my undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. After she completed my degree at UNCW, she followed her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant. She recently completed my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Pfeiffer University. Outside of work, she enjoy spending time with her husband and their two golden retrievers. In her free time you can catch her running the loop, going to church, or taking our goldens for long walks on the beach. She is dedicated to every patient, ensuring their unique health goals are met which each visit. She is eager to start providing quality care to the Jacksonville community and surrounding areas!
