Your body is asking for softness, not pushing. 🤍

If you’re moving through your cycle and feeling cramping, heaviness, or fatigue, gentle yoga can be a beautiful way to support your body instead of fighting against it.

These poses are all about creating space, easing tension, and inviting your nervous system to settle:
• Child’s Pose to rest and soften
• Cat-Cow to gently massage the belly and spine
• Supine Twist to release the low back
• Reclined Bound Angle to open and receive support
• Wind Release Pose to ease bloating and discomfort

This isn’t the time for intensity.
This is the time for slowing down, listening, and honoring what your body needs.

Try dimming the lights, adding a heating pad or blanket, and letting your breath lead the practice.

You don’t have to do it all. Even a few minutes can make a difference.

We’re taking this evening to prepare for our Community Garden & Yard Prep Day this Sunday, and we would love for you to be part of it.

This isn’t just about pulling weeds or planting—it’s about creating a space that nourishes our community, supports our programs, and gives us all a place to slow down, connect, and breathe together outdoors.

🪴 Sunday, April 26
⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We’ll be:
• Clearing and refreshing the space
• Replanting and setting up garden beds
• Getting our outdoor areas ready for the season

No experience needed—just come as you are, ready to move, connect, and maybe get a little dirty 💚

Yin Yoga is a quiet, grounding practice where we hold gentle, supported poses for longer periods of time—giving your body space to release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and truly unwind.

This isn’t about pushing.
This is about allowing.

Join us Tuesday from 6:00–7:00 PM and give yourself the gift of stillness, breath, and deep rest.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, Yin meets you exactly where you are. Props are provided, and all bodies are welcome.
