Grab a soft cloth and give your phone a proper clean, the kind where the smudges and fingerprints disappear. It’s oddly satisfying to see that clear reflection again. You probably touch it hundreds of times a day, so make it sparkle. A clean screen feels like a mini reset for your brain, too. It’s proof that a small effort can make an instant difference.

"This was my first visit. This was really an assessment and planning session. I was impressed with the knowledge that the provider had of my physical condition and history. We discussed goals and potential outcomes. My provider printed out some easy exercises for me to complete at home. What I really liked is that my provider told me that he is the one and only person I will be working with during my visits. I was really impressed when I learned that my provider has a doctorate degree. I am already more comfortable than I have been with any other physical therapy experience in the past."

Waiting doesn’t have to be wasted time. Stand tall, lift your heels, and slowly lower them again ten times while the water boils or leftovers warm. It’s a quick, simple move that wakes up your body and adds energy to ordinary moments. You’ll finish your tea or meal with a little more spring in your step (literally). It’s the tiniest reminder that movement doesn’t need a gym, it just needs a moment.

Notice how quickly your thoughts slow down when nothing demands your attention. You might realize how much noise you’ve been carrying. That small act of control can feel surprisingly freeing.
