Mason House Assisted Living Facility

We have a homey atmosphere and 24 hour staff to assist with daily living activities. The Mason House is an assisted living facility located on the Westside of Jacksonville off of 103rd Street, going toward Cecil Field. It’s a five bedroom home converted into an assisted living facility. We are licensed for six residents. The facility has a homey atmosphere. We
are a smoke free facility. The house

is 2,343 square feet. We offer respite care. We have a 1 day outing monthly (free or resident cost). The facility has a mental health license. There are flat screen T.V. in every bedroom. We have free Wi‐Fi. There is a phone in each room. We have a doctor visit with the residents. We use a home health agency for nursing and therapist. We do have our own 24 hour a day staff. If a resident is in need of end of life care, we use the services of Hospice. These services come out to the facility to see the residents. We do manage the residents medications and remind them of any
