Did a mom call our office and tell us our office is closer and fits her needs but her provider told her she specifically needed to see someone else, farther away, just because she said so?!
yes. 😒 yes they did. 😡
👏🏽As a mom, I need a team of providers that can put aside their ego and is open to comanagement. Someone who is transparent and honest. That can give me options and is invested in what is best for me as a 1st time, overwhelmed, anxious and worried mom.
👏🏽As a provider to these same moms, we take an oath to provide the best care and be and advocate for our families. Sometimes this means we need to send patients to other Chiropractors, because we don’t have all the tools, because we need a different point of view.
Sometimes that also means honoring who mothers connect with and chose to work with besides us, regardless of our relationships with those providers or that we have “someone we prefer”.
✨You will NEVER hear us force you to choose our favorites. If you ask, we will recommend who we know is open to comanaging and has your best interest but we will never shut you down for who your doctors or birth team is. ✨
