Because we love "neuro-spicy" brains 🧠 and because we understand that we all learn and experience the world differently. Our mission is to help your kiddo integrate information optimally and allow their nervous system to express itself fully.

At Thrive Family Chiropractic, we evaluate neurodivergence but we don't hyperfocus on diagnosis or labels. While these matter for quality of life in other aspects of healthcare and resources, in our office what matters is how we integrate primitive reflexes and how to support a brain that may be experiencing dysfunction.

🏆 2025 Best Chiropractor of Jax 🫶🏽🥹🥳

I am rarely speechless and the need of this nomination at the end of last year left me in shock, full of gratitude and so happy!

In what truly has been the biggest transition year of my life, we were able to continue to grow, support mothers and families seeking a safe place to heal, nourish and find answers and community; which were also the things I needed as a new mother in 2025. 🤍

I do not take this for granted and will continue to be the best resource for families we can be in NE Florida. All of this is possible because you trust us, allow us to grow with you and share your experiences with your friends and family.

this is also not a solo effort - a lot of this is in part by the great team of docs next to me: Dr Jen and Dr Lexi — thank you for making this practice your home too! ✨

It might look like we’re “treating” all of these things…
but that’s not actually what we do 🤍

🎄 HOLIDAY HOURS UPDATE!!! 🎅
..tis the season... to rest and enjoy time with your family -- and so our doctors are taking some well-deserved time off to rest, be with their loved ones and prepare for an incredible 2026, ready to serve our favorite Jax families!

Dr Kent and Dr Padilla will be OUT OF THE OFFICE from December 23 - January 5th. Their last day in the office is Monday December 22nd from 9am-1pm (some appointments still available!)

Dr Forstner will be available the following days over the holidays at our Jacksonville location ONLY!

December 23 11am - 3pm
December 29th 11am - 3pm
December 30th 11am - 3pm

⚡For our insurance covered families, Dr Jen is NOT in network and therefore these visits will be at our "self pay" rates. ⚡

All our doctors are back on normal schedule Monday January 5th (Jax office) and Tuesday January 6th (Middleburg)

We are so thankful for the incredible year 2025 has been ... Thank you again to all our families for holding space and giving so much grace to Dr Padilla through her maternity leave and return to office, for welcoming Dr Kent with open arms and making her feel so loved and respected. And of course, to Dr Forstner for always saying yes to our families and being with us for the last 3 years!
