A River's Journey, LLC ARJ is a Residential Care Home, specializing in caring for medically complex children and young adul

ARJ provides an approach to care as unique as the individuals we serve. The model would be best described as having all the amenities and service offerings of a traditional skilled nursing / long-term care facility within an intimate, cozy home environment. In addition to the increased skill level of care takers with oversight provided by licensed nurses and medical assistants, the opportune supervision level of maximum 2:1 clients to staff member; allow for undivided attention to detail and care. Our homes and team members are fully equipped to care for your loved ones and all their medically complex needs from tracheotomy tubes, g/j-peg tubes, non-ambulatory, pump and bolus nutritional feeding, cerebral palsy, intellectual/developmental disabilities to head trauma. Each individual is evaluated in their current placement, assessed for needs and subtle changes are made to the new or respite environment to ensure accessibility and closest adherence possible to existing schedule for medication and activities.
