Legacy at Jacksonville strives to offer the very best care at each of our facilities. We feature skilled nursing and rehabilitative care, as well as traditional long-term care services. Our facilities keep a focus on rehabilitation therapy. Each facility is staffed with speech therapists, physical therapists and occupational therapists that routinely screen our patients to see of they can be assisted by therapy. We offer pharmacy delivery 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with an on-call pharmacist available at all times. We always understand that caring for our residents’ spiritual side is also extremely important. Our program offers a non-denominational, all-inclusive approach to spiritual care.
