In my 30s, my body was breaking down.

Emergency hysterectomy. No answers, just “this is common, and it happens to many women.” But I wanted to know why it was happening to me! I wanted more children, I wanted a better solution, unfortunately it didn’t come.

I later developed heart symptoms that almost killed me. Doctors ready to put me on medication for life.
I was skinny, exhausted, running on 5–6 hours of sleep, living off processed food, stressed, and completely unaware that my lifestyle was the root cause.

Then Dr. O’Leary came into my life…and he dug deeper.
He found the real issues: sky-high estrogen I could manage with lifestyle, no actual heart problem-an electrolyte imbalance and adrenal issue caused by stress, and pre-diabetic markers I could reverse.

He saved me from a lifetime of pills and gave me back my energy, my hair, my vitality.

He greets our patients with genuine care, teaches yoga with quiet strength and deep presence, steps in wherever needed with grace.

Finding good people to build a team is one of the hardest parts of running a business… but Kevin has been a treasure. A true gift. The kind of human who makes every day better just by being here.
