NO to table pose! Unless you are made of steel knees, consider all asanas on the mat (vinyasa or table) OFF limits. Paired with Pidgeon pose these are very stressful on your knees. LOL

I am teaching Mondays at 9:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at Lakewood on University Blvd near Powers Avenue. I will be teaching more classes and will post accordingly. Share with any you know would be interested!
