If you a helping professional in the Jacksonville, Florida area in need of an office, we have a great office space available for rent!
The office is conveniently located in Mandarin, near the Ace Hardware & Julington Creek Bridge, making it accessible to patients coming from Jacksonville, St. Johns County & Clay County. The office is in a small office park with ample parking spaces.
The office is just shy of 11’x12’ (just under 132 square feet). We are pediatric psychologists who maintain a safe, comfortable, smoke-free, family-friendly office suite.
Rent of $650/month includes use of all common areas (waiting room, reception, bathroom & kitchenette) as well as the unfurnished office. Use of internet & reasonable use of general office supplies (including printing) are also included.
We are looking for someone interested in renting the space for a minimum of 3 months. Ideal sub-leasee would be another mental health provider or collateral health professional (speech therapist, occupational therapist, nutritionist, etc) or individual providing individual client services (acupuncture, massage, financial consulting, etc).
As are pediatric psychologists, our primary commitment is to our patients & their families. It is important that we maintain a safe, confidential space for the young people we serve. As such, we will need to run a background check before finalizing any rental agreement.
