Asi como en esta foto me gusta estar. Sudada, energica, sintiendo como mi sangre recorre por todo mi cuerpo despues de un buen entrenamiento. Esto me hace sentir mas viva, mas determinada, mas relajada..
En fin me encanta todos los beneficios que me da el mantenerme activa y en forma. Sencillamente esta soy yo, sin filtros, sin maquillaje, algo despeinada. Asi soy yo y asi soy feliz. 😊
