Barbara Ann Inglis departed this life and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24, 2025. Born in Canfield, OH she later moved with her family family to Arkansas where she graduated Bryant High School in 1973. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander "Bud" Clyde Inglis and Lillian Mae Brookover Inglis, as well as her sister, Carolyn Inglis.

She is survived by her sister, Patty Young; nieces Tara Mink (Rusty), Kelly Thompson (Chris), Lisa Church (Ernie), and Jennifer Webb (Calvin); and nephew Scott Simmerman. She also leaves behind great-nieces Britanie Cotten (Michael), Carys Mink, and Lillian Church; great-nephews T.J. Rich (Myranda) and Dylan Mink; and great-great-nieces Ellie and Bridget Cotten, Lynleigh, Myla, and Layla Rich, and Paisley Mink.

Before her health declined, Barb loved performing in community theater, singing in her church choir, and spending time with family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30 at 10 a.m.

Phillip James Staggs, a devoted father, proud grandfather, and dedicated veteran, passed away on July 14, 2025, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was 65 years old.

Born on April 30, 1960, in St. Ives, England, UK, Phillip brought with him a spirit of resilience and craftsmanship that would define his life. Over the years, he built a respected career in Construction Management and was a skilled and talented landscaper. His work shaped not only the land but also the lives of those who appreciated his artistry and dedication to his craft.

Phillip served his country with honor and distinction. He fought in the first Gulf War and Afghanistan during his 15 years of combined service in the Army and National Guard. His commitment to duty and country was unwavering, and his military service remains a source of pride for those who knew him.

Family was central to Phillip’s life.

Judith Lee Miller, 86, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on July 17, 2025. She was born in Winters, Texas to the late Elma Riley Sullivan and Mary Virginia Wallace-Sullivan. Judith was also preceded in death by her husband, Jan Roy Miller, and her daughter Tena Marie Caple.
Judith is remembered as being a doting mother and grandmother. Her family was the most important part of her life. She was a talented seamstress and often sewed for her daughters and did mending or altering clothes for them or family members whenever needed.
Judith was proud of her home and stayed up to date with the latest trends in design. Her home was always comfortable and welcoming to her friends and those of her children. Judith had a way of making each person feel like family and her hospitality made everyone feel like they were special to her.
Judith retired from the UALR Office of Communications as an administrative specialist.

Amos Lee Turner was born January 14,1951 to the late Dock and Willie Mae Turner of Scott, AR, he departed this life on July 23, 2025. He was preceded in death by both parents, four brothers Johnnie Lee Turner, Junior Earl Turner, Eddie Lee Bryant and Willie Lee Turner. four sister Florence Turner- Hunter, Lorene Turner-Johnson Lizzie B Turner, and Corine Turner

Amos attended Scott Public School district he completed the 6th grade. He went on to work at Senior Central Manufacturing Company, and later he went on to work at Bearskin Farm for a few years.

He would have given you the shirt off his back without a second thought. His generosity and compassion touched everyone who knew him. Amos deeply loved his family and friends, and that love showed in everything he did.

He had a special gift for making others laugh—even in tough times, his sense of humor could light up a room. Whether through a joke, a story, or just his warm presence, Amos brought joy wherever he went.

Casey Britt Ruple of Little Rock, AR was born on July 8, 1999 in Searcy, AR to Lisa and J.D. Ruple. He went to meet his Lord and Savior and those who have gone on before him on July 21, 2025, at the age of 26.

Casey was so many things to so many people: Son, grandson, friend. He had a deep faith in Jesus Christ and often

publicly declared his love and gratitude for Jesus, stating that HE was the only thing that could save him for all of eternity.

Casey attended Beebe Public Schools as a young child and later attended Rose Bud High School. He had many interests, so after trying various sports, he found a love for Taekwondo. At the time of death, Casey was a black belt in Taekwondo.

Casey later found his calling as a salesman and worked for Ecoview Windows, where he was surrounded by good friends and excelled in his work. A special thank you goes out to Ecoview for their outpouring of love, prayer and wonderful words about Casey.

Barbara Louise Dugger gained her wings on July 25, 2025, in her home surrounded by family.

She is survived by daughter Tammy Bray and son James McDonald. Granddaughter Holly Bray and great-grandchildren Haylee, Kyleigh, Eren (James), and one yet to make her appearance, Madelynn Louise.

Preceded in death by Sherman Allen and Madeline Louise Mower, first husband James H. McDonald (father of children), second husband Wylie J. Dugger. Sisters Shirley Gurley, Brenda A. Ramey.

Surviving sisters Donna Sutton (Ronnie) of Little Rock and Belinda Misenheimer ( Tommy) of Little Rock. Host of nieces and nephews. Surrounded by family and friends: Nola Jones, best friend/sister, Nephew Paul Crawford (Angela) Terry Benge and Veronica Moore, Butch Wood, Beatrice and Carl Cole, Butch Wood.
