ERgent Care Services Transitioning to Same-Day/Walk-in Access

Effective Friday, April 12th, 2024, our ERgent Care is closing permanently. To better serve you, we now offer same-day and walk-in access within our primary care offices.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Intracoastal Clinic: 14444 Beach Boulevard Suite #28, Jacksonville, FL 32250
Monday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
