✨Nothing says “Good Morning” quite like getting your breast flattened flatter than a pancake. 🥞😂

Had mine today—and while it’s not exactly a spa treatment, it’s one of the best gifts I can give myself. 💕

➡️ The recommendation: Start annual mammograms at age 40 (earlier if you’re high-risk or have a family history).

Is it uncomfortable? Yep.
Is it worth it? 1000%—because early detection saves lives. 🙌🏾
