During menopause, hormonal shifts—especially lower estrogen and progesterone—can mess with your sleep. Hot flashes, night sweats, and even anxiety can make restful nights feel out of reach.

✨ Tip of the Day:
Create a calming nighttime routine.
Try this:
✅ Shut down screens 1 hour before bed
✅ Sip a warm (caffeine-free) herbal tea
✅ Keep your room cool—use a fan or cooling sheets
✅ Add magnesium-rich foods to your dinner (like leafy greens or pumpkin seeds)

Small shifts can lead to deeper rest. Your body is asking for more care, not more hustle. 🧘🏾‍♀️
