Decided to go fully plant based today for lunch. Created a delectable garden salad with fresh romaine, mixed baby greens, carrots, beets, celery and raisins. I added some vegan "chicken" and "feta" for the nutrition, texture and flavor. Typically I don't think very highly of meat and cheeze replacements even as a someone who was raised vegetarian, however these two companies really did a good job making these a delicious plant based options. Yumm.
