Do you ever wonder why you still feel dehydrated even after drinking plenty of water? We need electrolytes to absorb water into our cells. To help ensure you have enough sodium, potassium, magnesium, etc, try eating foods high in electrolytes, such as leafy greens, avocados, strawberries, and bananas. You can also add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt or a clean electrolyte supplement to your water, such as Trace Minerals No Muscle Cramps.
