There is some good information out there, however there is also a lot of untruthful information to be leery of. It's also worth noting that bad surgeries are the stories that are told on the internet, rather than the much-outnumbered successful surgery cases. Keep in mind that good plastic surgery is often times not talked about, and not noticed, therefore is not a story to be found in media.
