We thought we'd begin the new year with a friendly reminder about our website and the amazing information found there about Dr. Granzow, his surgeries, and testimonials from many of his very satisfied patients. We also post research articles, blogs, past presentations and our bi-weekly social media messaging. Our patient Sonja has had LVA bypass and Granzow SAPL surgeries with us starting in late '23. She was in for a follow-up appointment last year when we snapped this great photo of her with Dr. Granzow, Carson and Lindsey. The benefits of those surgeries continue to improve the condition of her left leg. She wrote:

“The Granzow team has brought me back to a quality life. I am back into my closet again, my pain is gone and my energy and vibrancy has returned!”

We look forward to seeing Sonja later this month for her next appointment, and will continue to keep you posted on her improvement and positive post surgery outlook in the new year.

The Granzow family brought in the new year with some family time at the movies last week! Yep, all 3.5 hours of the newest Avatar film - Fire and Ash. We've heard it's great so if you haven't already seen it, the Granzows give it a thumbs up!

The holiday season brought forth many special gifts of cheer and thanks from our patients. These are just two more we wanted to acknowledge - delicious cookies from Marisabel and scrumptious Fairytale brownies from Chris.

We appreciate the sweets! We hope everyone is preparing for the new year and we're looking forward to keeping you informed right here and @ lymphedemasurgeon.com in the new year.

Our team is back at it again! This time, they combined to make a creative
G r a n z o w "live" sculpture for the holidays. What d'ya think? We think they did a great job of letting their creative instincts flow!

We hope you are all enjoying the season's festivities, whether it be in celebration of Hanukkah, Christmas or Kwanzaa, or just celebrating the end of the year with family and friends.

Our patient Megan brought us some delicious holiday treats at her recent follow-up visit. Her card meant alot to the team:

Our long time patient Theresa brought in some tasty treats for us this week. Who wouldn't appreciate it when a friendly, familiar face enters for their follow-up appointment bearing donuts and Chick-fil-A mini chicken biscuits?!

Team Granzow is never lacking ways to enjoy each other's company. Last Thursday was no exception when Carson memorialized some highlights as they celebrated the holidays with a pot luck lunch followed by a couple of festive and fun reindeer games!

The Granzow Lymphedema & Lipedema Center has sponsored many programs and events, and a couple weekends ago we proudly sponsored the Providence School's Robotics team competition. The team won 3 of 4 rounds and came in 3rd Place.

Our patient Amanda was back in Jacksonville approximately one month ago for her second SAPL surgery (on her other leg). She shared with Lindsey how happy she was even after her first surgery to wear boots and her favorite jeans again. This photo was taken in anticipation of her second surgery with Dr. Granzow.. Here's what she shared:

✨ Feeling incredibly grateful today!

My journey with SAPL (Suction Assisted Protein Lipectomy) has been such a positive experience. I’m thrilled with how well my first surgery on my left leg went, and even more thankful for how smoothly my second surgery on my right leg was completed. This picture shows the clear difference in sizing of my legs but my smile says it all because I know how far I've come and the additional improvements that were right around the corner.

A huge thank you to Dr. Granzow and his entire team—their professionalism, care, and support made all the difference. I truly felt looked after every step of the way, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Here’s to healing, progress, and the amazing people who make it possible. 💙
