We provide free, confidential HIV, syphilis and Hep C testing for residents. We also link them to substance abuse and mental health services. The goals - by reducing new cases in 2025 and 2026 by 75%. By 2030, reduce new cases by 90%. We still have a long way to go. Education is essential.
