What you’re seeing here is our clinical huddle at change of shift—a recently implemented practice designed to strengthen communication, improve workflows, and ensure continuity of care for our residents.

These brief, focused huddles allow our team to share important updates, anticipate needs, and support one another in real time. The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive, with many saying they can feel the difference in communication and teamwork.

Join our dining team and help create a warm, welcoming mealtime experience for our residents.

Responsibilities include:
✔️ Setting up dining room tables
✔️ Serving drinks/meals and assisting with table service
✔️ Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
✔️ Sweeping and mopping the dining room

More progress to celebrate! 🎉
Painting has officially started on Bryson East, and it’s already looking fantastic. We also completed the replacement of two resident room floors—beautiful, durable, and focused on quality.

A special thank you to Kerry, our Maintenance Assistant, who took the extra time to repaint one of the rooms before residents moved back in, ensuring their space truly felt like home again. That attention to detail matters.

Every project, every improvement, and every extra step moves us forward—strengthening our commitment to quality and safety for the residents we serve each day. 💙💛
